What this policy covers
David Wallace operates the Grace Soccer League Score Reporting Platform, a limited coach text-message service for Division 2 and Division 3 score reporting. It is not used for marketing or parent announcements.
Information we collect
For authorized coaches and assistant coaches, we may collect a name, mobile phone number, team affiliation, incoming score-reporting messages, voluntary SMS enrollment records, and the history needed to review or correct a result. This information is used only to operate the league’s score-reporting process, prevent reporting mistakes, and maintain an internal audit history. Coaches can report scores from an authorized number without creating a website account or enrolling in optional score-text replies.
How mobile information is handled
Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are not shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. David Wallace uses service providers only as needed to deliver the league’s text-message service and operate the website.
Message frequency and opt-out
SMS enrollment is optional. An authorized coach chooses it by independently texting START to (626) 901-3060 and separately replying YES to the enrollment request. Enrolled coaches may receive up to 10 score-related messages on a game day; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Coaches can still report scores without enrolling in optional score-text replies.
Access and changes
Coach mobile numbers and consent records are kept in the league’s private administration area. To correct or remove your number, reply STOP or text HELP to (626) 901-3060 for program support.
